A grounded, nature-rich session where curiosity and imagination lead the way. We blend outdoor exploration with creative activities, group games, and hands-on crafts, using both natural materials and art supplies to support all kinds of expression and learning styles.
Some children build dens or go on nature hunts, while others dive into crafting, storytelling, or quiet play, there’s space for it all. Whether your child thrives on adventure or prefers a gentler pace, this session offers a balanced mix of play, creativity, connection, and fun in a relaxed, welcoming environment.

What to bring
Come dressed in suitable clothing for the British weather – lots of layers are best.
Thick trousers, vest (base layer) long sleeved top, jumper, thick waterproof coat and waterproof trousers are ideal in the late autumn, winter and early spring. Even in the summer long trousers and closed shoes will protect from nettle stings.
Sturdy shoes/boots suitable for mud and climbing trees are good. Having a hat, gloves, scarf, spare jumpers and socks in your bag means you can be flexible even if the weather changes.
It is worth packing a change of clothes for younger children.
We provide hot drinks, please bring along enough food and drinks for the day.
