Wild Tribe CIC

Our Story

Wild Tribe was born from a shared passion to support families and children on a different kind of learning path, one that honours nature, connection, and the whole child. Each of us has carried the vision, in our own way, of creating spaces outside the mainstream education system where children can grow, explore, and thrive through curiosity, movement, and relationship.

We believe that learning doesn’t need to be confined to classrooms or follow rigid systems. Children blossom when given freedom, trust, and meaningful experiences, and that’s what we’ve created. Wild Tribe is a living example of what happens when education becomes an extension of life, nature, and community.

What began as a simple idea to hold space for families has grown into a vibrant, welcoming community that learns and evolves together,  season by season, session by session.

Meet the team

Maria
Maria dreamt of creating Wild Tribe long before it ever came to life. Even as a child sitting in school, she imagined a space where sensitivity was celebrated rather than silenced, where learning happened through joy, movement, connection, and creativity. With years of experience supporting home-educating families, Maria brings warmth, vision, and passion to every session. She is devoted to teaching through play, nurturing creative expression, and guiding children to learn through experience. Her work also extends to supporting parents, especially mothers, in finding connection and community within the group. For Maria, joy, freedom, and emotional connection are at the centre of everything.
Tracey
Tracey has had a love of the outdoors all of her life and was lucky enough to grow up in a place where tree climbing & den building was her childhood. After a redundancy she decided to take this passion into her work life and trained as a forest school teacher. Having previously worked at an alternative provision Tracey has come onboard to help support home-schooled families.
Aimee
Aimee has always had a heart for childcare, working in the field before stepping into full-time motherhood. Now a home-educating mum of two and a holistic wellbeing coach, she brings a grounded and nurturing presence to Wild Tribe. Aimee’s focus is on growing a community where children and families truly thrive, creating positive outdoor environments, building connections, and supporting holistic learning. Through play, friendship, and reconnection to nature, she helps create the welcoming spirit at the heart of Wild Tribe and Crystal Kids.
